Supporter & Exhibitor Registration

Supporters and exhibitors should complete all registrations, including complimentary and paid exhibit booth only registrations, as well as complimentary and discounted general (full attendance) registrations via the registration website above. Full Attendance Registration (Exhibit Booth Only Registration Instructions are Listed in a Section Below)
Admittance to NACFC scientific sessions, continuing education credits and NACFC resources and materials will be available only to company representatives who are Full Attendance Registrants. Company representatives may purchase these full registrations or use applicable complimentary or discounted Full Attendance Registration benefits through the NACFC supporter and exhibitor registration website.

Complimentary or discounted Full Attendance Registrations for company representatives or guests are awarded in accordance with support levels, as indicated in the chart below, and only if registration is processed by October 1st (no exceptions – regardless of Support Level).

Please Note: All supporters and exhibitors with full registrations should register under their appropriate discipline (i.e., Corporate M.D., Ph.D., Academic M.D., Ph.D., Nurse, etc.) Sales and marketing personnel should register under the Sales/Marketing discipline.

Complimentary or discounted Full Attendance Registrations for company representatives or guests are awarded in accordance with support levels, as indicated in the chart below, and only if registration is processed on or before October 1st (no exceptions – regardless of Support Level).

Limited Attendance Sessions
Supporter company representatives with scientific and/or clinical degrees who register for the general conference may attend Limited Attendance sessions (Short Courses, Special Classes, Consultation Clinics, Roundtables, Junior Investigator sessions, and Brown Bag Luncheons). Individuals should register for these sessions during the registration process. Limited Attendance sessions are filled on a first-come, first-served space availability basis, so it is recommended that registration for Limited Attendance sessions be done early. Sales and marketing representatives may not attend Limited Attendance sessions.

“Exhibit Booth Only” Personnel
Each exhibiting company is entitled to a specific number of complimentary “Exhibit Booth Only” badges corresponding to the amount of exhibit space purchased, if registration is received by October 1st. All exhibitor personnel must be registered to obtain official “Exhibit Booth Only” badges, which must be worn to gain entry to the Exhibit Hall. This includes all booth representatives and company personnel attending the NACFC solely to manage exhibits during move-in, show hours and/or move-out, and all others needing access to the Exhibit Hall. “Exhibit Booth Only” badges will be produced based on information provided during the registration process. Note: “Exhibit Booth Only” personnel are not permitted to attend NACFC sessions or functions and will not receive a conference tote bag or other materials provided for other registration types, including the Final Program. Exhibit Booth Only personnel desiring to have the Final Program should print it from the NACFC website (www.nacfconference.org) under the Program tab or access the program through the mobile app. Please ensure that your company representatives understand these regulations prior to their arrival at the conference.

  • For every 100 sq. feet of exhibit space, two complimentary “Exhibit Booth Only” badges will be provided, if registration is processed before or on October 1st.
  • The total allotment of complimentary “Exhibit Booth Only” badges will be reflected in your group registration account.
  • Additional “Exhibit Booth Only” badges may be purchased for $150 each.

Closing Event & Conference Proceedings Publication
Closing Event tickets and Conference Proceedings Publications are not included in the registration fees for complimentary and discounted full registrations for Exhibitors/ Supporters or “Exhibit Booth Only” personnel. These items may be purchased for $150 each by selecting them during the registration process.

Online Content

  • Attendees with a full registration (excluding one-day or “Exhibit Booth Only”) will receive complimentary access to online content from the scientific sessions via the NACFC Attendee Resource Center.
  • Special Educational Content access to presentations from Short Courses is available for an additional fee. To pre-order Special Educational access, interested supporters and exhibitors and “Exhibit Booth Only” personnel must contact us at nacfc@cff.org.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations must be received by the Foundation prior to 5:00 p.m. ET on September 21st to be considered for a refund of registration fees (less a $150 administrative fee). No refunds will be issued for “Exhibit Booth Only” registrations. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted; cancellations must be in writing and sent via email to nacfc@cff.org. No refunds will be made for any reason after September 21st.

Registration Substitutions
Registration substitutions are not permitted and registration fees are not transferrable. If an individual is unable to attend the NACFC after submitting payment, then the registration must be cancelled. The registration fees (less a $150 administrative fee) will be refunded if the request is received by September 21st. A separate registration and applicable registration fees must then be submitted for the new registrant.
